OPERATION / COMMITMENT FOR TEAM MEMBERS

OUR OPERATION

We are working with trusted individuals to help achieve this noble project.  The organization is independent of any religion.

We encourage individual to work as a volunteers until such time as the organization will be able to give part time employment, as a little source of income.

CORE COMMITMENT FOR TEAM MEMBERS

The following are the team core commitment to our selves, to each other and to the community we served.

  • Empower each other to be the best we can be individually and as a team with integrity and honesty.
  • We strive to be leaders in our community as we continually help and watch these children grow up in knowledge and skills.
  • We  create a team culture full of positive thinking, honesty, love, charity and moral values that the young ones will look up to in pursuit of their education.
  • We always act with conscience and respect while dealing with the less privilege in the society.
  • Make our community a better place to live by taking part and initiating community communal
labor to help clean our environment. With this we will be able to create and find solutions to some of the day to day problems that affect the children’s health due to poor sanitation. Through our donors we shall strive to make these solutions self-sustaining and long term.
  • Constantly learn and innovate the way we  operate. We listen to our donors and communities to deeply understand these needs and always think about new ideas and solution on how to serve best.
  • If at any point in times someone on the team of volunteers feels that we are not upholding these commitments it is necessary that the team members take action by bringing it to the attention of the other members of the team.
  • HONESTY, INTEGRITY, TRANSPARENCY AND MORAL VALUE IS OUR HALL MARK
  • We  constantly seek support from organizations, individuals and philanthropists to finance this noble projects that will help to change lives of the underprivileged children that are in dying need of education in our communities.
